Step 1
Prep!
Spray your 8x8 inch baking pan. (A 9x13 inch pan will work, but your treats will be much shorter.)
Step 2
Melt!
In a very large, microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and marshmallows together for 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and stir, then microwave for 1 more minute. Stir until smooth.
(The marshmallows will balloon up in a hilarious way when you microwave them, so make sure you use an oversized bowl.)
Step 3
Mix-ins!
Stir the potato chips, pretzels, oats, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, and Butterscotch Morsels into the melted marshmallows. The morsels will melt and coat everything. This is the best part!
Step 4
Cereal time!
Add the puffed rice cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir with a spatula until every bit is coated.
Step 5
Cool!
Scrape the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a greased spatula or with the butter paper (my grandma taught me this!). Let cool until firm, 15 to 20 minutes, then cut into 3 rows of 3 squares to make 9 treats total. Store in an airtight container on your counter for up to 5 days.
