• As an optional frosting, combine 8 oz. semi sweet morsels and 1 cup heavy cream in a heat-safe bowl over a pot of simmering water. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove bowl with melted morsels from bottom pot. Pour over cake while still warm.
