Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Lightly spray an 8 inch baking dish.

COMBINE bread cubes and morsels in large bowl.

WHISK evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl. Pour egg mixture over the bread and morsel mixture. Let mixture soak for 15 minutes.

POUR mixture into prepared pan.

BAKE for 30 for 35 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling rack for 5 minutes.

*Tip: To make dry bread cubes, spread cubes out on a large baking sheet. Let stand out overnight
