Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/3 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 teaspoon erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • BUY INGREDIENTS

Instructions

PLACE all ingredients into the bottom of a blender.

PLACE the lid on top and blend mixture together until smooth and ice is not chunky anymore.

POUR into a glass for serving.
