Creamy Lemon Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 3 lemons, zested
  • 2 parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound spaghetti

Instructions

COMBINE evaporated milk, lemon zest, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper in a medium bowl set aside.

COOK spaghetti according to package instructions.

DRAIN pasta, reserving 2 TBS of the cooking water.

RETURN pasta and reserved water to the pot.

TURN heat to low, and pour milk mixture over pasta.

STIR and cook 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

TOSS parsley onto pasta and serve.
