  • 12 ounces cauliflower florets
  • 3 ounces NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 sliced bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives


STEAM cauliflower in steamer pot or microwave. Remove from heat and place cauliflower in a food processor.

BLEND cauliflower with evaporated milk and butter until desired level of smoothness while it is still hot.

ADD salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix until combined.

DIVIDE cauliflower between 3 serving dishes.

TOP each dish with one third of the cheese, bacon, and chives. Serve while still warm.
