Mixed Berry Pops

  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 7 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


You will need a set of ice pop molds. Make sure ice pop molds are clean and dry.

MACERATE berries with 1 tablespoon sugar in a small bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

WHISK together evaporated milk, yogurt and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in a medium bowl. Then stir in berries and press them against the side of the bowl so that they break up a bit. Stir mixture to combine.

POUR mixture into ice pop molds and follow manufacturer’s directions for filling and freezing. Freezing will take at least 3 hours.
