Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Almond Cooking Milk
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, (optional)
  • 8 oz. Mason jar with lid and ring or small, resealable container
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

PLACE milk, oats, honey, vanilla extract and chia seed into jar. Stir until oats are covered by the liquid. Place raspberries on top.

COVER with lid and screw on ring. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Oats might be very thick after refrigeration. To loosen the texture, remove lid and ring and microwave on HIGH power for 20 seconds. Mix well. To eat warm, microwave a little bit more.

TIPS:
1) Maple Syrup can be substituted for the honey.
2) A tablespoon of nuts, such as sliced almonds, walnuts, pecans or chopped, dried fruits can be added to your oats.
