PREHEAT oven to 400° F.

DRIZZLE oil onto the bottom of a 9-inch cast-iron skillet or pie dish.

POUR morsels evenly into the skillet. Top morsels evenly with marshmallows.

BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and golden brown; let cool for about 5 minutes.

SERVE warm with crackers or cookies.
