Chocolate Chip Cookie Mini Trifles
Chocolate Chip Cookie Mini Trifles are a simple and classicly delicious dessert. Layers of chocolate chip cookies, chocolate syrup, coconut and berries are neslted into single serve jars making them a perfectly portable indulgence!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 12 8-oz. mason jars, custard or plastic cups
- 1 container (8 oz.) frozen lite whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® NESQUIK® Chocolate Flavor Syrup, divided
- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut, divided
- 3 cups blueberries and/or sliced strawberries, divided

Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Bake 24 cookies as indicated on the package. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire to cool completely.
BREAK one cookie into the bottom of each jar. Top each with 1 rounded tablespoon of the whipped topping; spread evenly. Drizzle each lightly with Nesquik. Layer each cup with 1 tablespoon flaked coconut and sliced fruit. Press down slightly. Repeat layers of cookie pieces, whipped topping, Nesquik, flaked coconut and sliced fruit to create layers. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hours before serving.
VARIATION: To make trifle in large bowl, break 8 cookies into large pieces and place on bottom of bowl. Top with 1 cup whipped topping, spread evenly. Drizzle with Nesquik. Sprinkle 2/3 cup flaked coconut and 1 cup fruit on top. Press down lightly. Repeat layers of cookie pieces, whipped topping, chocolate syrup, flaked coconut and fruit 2 more times to create layers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
NOTE:
• 3 cups whipped cream can be substituted for the whipped topping.
