PLACE all ingredients in a bowl (minus 1/4 a cup of chocolate morsels) and mix well until combined.

LINE a square baking pan with parchment paper, and firmly press mixture into the pan (this is important because you want them to hold together). Put in freezer for at least 30 minutes.

CUT into bars or squares. Optional step: using a heart cookie cutter, press into the pan making heart shaped bars.

MELT the rest of your morsels, add to a resealable plastic bag and snip off a corner. Drizzle chocolate over the bars/hearts.
