Ingredients

  • 1 package (17 ¾ oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie Baking Mix with Butterfinger Baking Bits
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 cup (about 2 small) mashed ripe banana
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 350 °F. Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

BEAT butter, mashed banana, egg and baking powder in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute. Add Cookie Mix and continue mixing until smooth. Gently stir in BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits.

SPREAD batter into prepared pan.

BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (3,500 to 6,000 feet): Add an additional egg, 2 tablespoons water and 1/3 cup all-purpose flour. Increase bake time to 28 to 30 minutes.
