Ingredients

  • 1 package (17 ¾ oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie Baking Mix with Butterfinger Baking Bits
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Line large rimmed baking sheet (17 x 11-inch) with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

COMBINE melted butter and sugar in large bowl. Stir in Cookie Mix until crumbly. Gently stir in BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits until combined.

SPRINKLE dough across prepared baking sheet. Press dough to cover sheet, about 1/4-inch thick.

BAKE for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Lift brittle from foil and break into pieces.

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (3,500 to 6,000 feet): Add 1 tablespoon water and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. Bake as directed.
