Ingredients

  • 1 package (17 3/4 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie Baking Mix with Butterfinger Baking Bits
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 350° F.

BEAT softened butter, egg and water in large bowl until combined. For best results, use an electric mixer. Slowly add Cookie Mix and continue mixing until dough forms. Gently stir in BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits.

DROP dough by rounded tablespoon, 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 10 to 11 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (3,500 to 6,000 feet): Increase water to 2 tablespoons and add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. Increase bake time to 10 to 12 minutes.
