Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 5/8 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Baking Mix with Butterfinger Baking Bits
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Spray 8-inch-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. *

STIR Brownie Mix, egg, oil and water in large bowl until blended. Stir in 2/3 cup BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits.

SPREAD batter evenly into prepared pan.

BAKE for 25 minutes, remove from oven and carefully sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup BUTTERFINGER® Baking Bits on top of batter.

BAKE for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting.

*For easier clean-up and cutting of the Brownie, line baking pan with foil & grease for easy removal!

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (3,500 to 6,000 feet): Increase water to 5 tablespoons and add 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour. Bake as directed.
