Ingredients

  • 1 package (18 ½ oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Cookie Baking Mix with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

BEAT softened butter, egg and water in large bowl until combined. For best results, use an electric mixer. Slowly add Cookie Mix and continue mixing until dough forms. Stir in 3/4 cup Morsels.

PRESS dough into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Morsels.

BAKE for 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.

FOR HIGH ALTITUDE BAKING (3,500 to 6,000 feet): Add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Increase bake time to 17 minutes.
