LINE 8-inch-quare baking dish or pan with foil or parchment paper, leaving an overhang on 2 sides.

MICROWAVE morsels in large, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Stir in cereal.

SPREAD mixture in prepared baking dish and tap several times on the counter to release any air bubbles. Sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Use the parchment paper or foil to lift the chocolate bar from the pan. Slice into bars.

NOTE: For a salted caramel version, add 1 cup of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® DELIGHTFULLS® Caramel Filled Morsels when adding the crisp rice cereal.
