Ingredients

  • 1 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 ozs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons caramel flavored ice cream topping, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Assorted dippers, such as fresh apple slices, gingersnap cookies, pound cake cubes and/or pastry crust sticks

Instructions

PLACE pumpkin, cream cheese, 1/4 cup caramel topping, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in bowl of food processor; cover. Blend until smooth. Transfer dip to serving bowl; cover. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Prior to serving, drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons caramel topping. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

SERVE with fresh apple slices, gingersnap cookies, pound cake cubes and/or pastry crust sticks.
