Ingredients

  • 1 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1 cup or 1 jar (11.75 oz.) hot fudge topping or sauce
  • 3 ozs. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon, rum or orange liqueur (optional)

Instructions

PLACE pumpkin, hot fudge topping, cream cheese, salt, cinnamon and liqueur in bowl of food processor; cover. Blend until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; cover. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving. Make about 2 cups.

SERVE with fresh apple and/or pear slices, pound cake cubes and/or pastry crust sticks
