Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light or lowfat mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz. can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons dried
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and ground cayenne pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

WHISK mayonnaise and evaporated milk together in medium bowl. Stir in vinegar, chives, parsley, black pepper and garlic. Season with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before using. Store refrigerated in tightly covered container for up to 1 week. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
