WHISK brown sugar, tapioca flour, cinnamon, ginger and clove in medium sauce pan. Slowly stir in almond milk, water and pumpkin until combined..

COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 10 to 12 minutes or until mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla extract. Spoon pudding into custard cups or ramekins. Serve warm or cover with plastic wrap pressed on top of pudding or refrigerate until ready to serve.
