PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
STIR Brownie Mix, butter, water, eggs and pecans in large bowl until well
blended, about 50 strokes. Spread batterinto pie shell.
BAKE 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
COOL on wire rack for 15 minutes. Place caramel pouch in warm water to soften. Cut corner and drizzle over warm pie.
