PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Paper-line 12 standard muffin cups.
STIR Streusel Mix, butter and flour in small bowl until crumbly.
STIR egg, oil, water and Carnation® Evaporated Milk in large bowl until well blended. Add Cake Mix and stir 45 strokes. Do not over mix. Prepare Cinnamon Bread batter as directed.
LAYER 1 tablespoon of batter, then 1 teaspoon of streusel in each cup.
BAKE for 15 to 19 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in tightly sealed container or resealable plastic bag up to 3 days.
