PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
BEAT eggs and sugar in large mixer bowl until fluffy. Add butter, Carnation® Evaporated Milk and Bread Mix. Stir just until moistened.
POUR batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle morsels and 1/2 cup coconut evenly over batter.
BAKE for 23 to 27 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
COMBINE frosting and Lemon Glaze in small bowl. Spread frosting over brownie. Sprinkle with remaining 3 tablespoons coconut.
