PREPARE 20 cookies according to package directions. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
PLACE frosting in resealable plastic bag; seal. Cut small piece of corner of bag off.
TO MAKE CATERPILLAR, squeeze small amount of frosting on top of one cookie and adhere to another cookie. Place on platter and continue with remaining cookies, forming caterpillar shape bending (curving) slightly as more cookies are added.
SQUEEZE frosting on top of caterpillar in a thin ribbon. Adhere morsels, Spree and Laffy Taffy diamonds* to the frosting ribbon. For face of caterpillar, use Spree candies, mini morsels and Laffy Taffy to make eyes, antennae and mouth* using frosting to adhere.
SPOON graham cracker crumbs and additional mini morsels around caterpillar for dirt.
* To make Laffy Taffy diamonds, gently stretch desired flavor of Laffy Taffy into a flat piece. Use kitchen scissors to cut into diamond shapes. For the antennae and mouth, pinch off a small piece of Laffy Taffy and roll between your fingers.
