PLACE pudding mix, 1 1/2 cups Nesquik and half of whipped topping in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined. Pour into crust.
COMBINE remaining Nesquik and whipped topping in small bowl; stir well. Spoon over top of pie. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
PLACE in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
