Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (4 envelopes) Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor NESTLÉ Hot Cocoa Mix
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

Instructions

COMBINE cocoa mix and water in large mixer bowl. Beat in butter and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add more hot water if frosting is too thick.
