Steps:
1. Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise.

2. Remove the seeds with the tip of a knife, if you want.

3. Slice watermelon horizontally into wedges.

4. Remove the rind, if desired, by inserting a knife between the rind and the flesh to cut it away.

5. Serve as wedges or cut into chunks.

Use a large knife. Please make sure small children are a safe distance away.
