flat cookies
I had to increase the flour to 2 1/2 cups due to the cookies turning out flat. I live in Iowa so it is not an altitude problem.

Pan Cookie Variety
The pan cookie variation is my favorite way to make these! I like dusting a little powdered sugar on top as well once they're cooled.

too to church
I took these to a church fundraiser. Was told that I kneed to bring them to all fundraisers from now on. The cookies sold best with people asking for more.
