Stuffed Pork Loin

This is an easy tasty dish that goes with just about anything and for any occasion


1-6-7lb pork loin
1-large handfull raisins
1-8serving stuffing mix
1/2stick butter or margarine
2 tsp crushed garlic


Slit loin almost in 1/ make hinge.slit each piece lengthwise to make pocket in
each.cook stuffing on top of stove. add raisins and stir in.stuff loin with raisin stuffing,fold in 1/2,tie up with butchers string,rub with butter and garlic,place on wire rack on greased pan .bake at 350 till center reaches approx.170degrees or
3-3 1/2 hrs
