Easter Basket Fudge

I all but gave up on making delicious fudge. Since we moved to a different state/altitude, every 'cook' fudge recipe I used to make no longer works. This recipe is great tasing and very easy. Wonderful, colorful accent and change! But - the fudge was so delic, it almost didn't make it to the baskets! Will definitely make for other holidays..
