THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKE RECIPE

I just started a home based baking business and I received an order for chocolate engagement party cupcake favors. My boyfriend and I NEVER eat chocolate cupcakes so I came to the internet to find a recipe. I made the recipe with the exact measurements and directions; I did sift the flour and cocoa powder 2X. After turning them into sunflowers, I was told to change NOTHING about this recipe! These cupcakes had the perfect amount of cocoa powder and SUPER moist. I am VERY thankful that I found the ultimate chocolate cupcake recipe on the first try..
