This recipe went together very quickly. I loved the flavors and it was a big hit with family and friends..
I make this often for breakfast when my children and their families come to visit. I usually make a double recipe and will make half with chorizo and half with bacon or mild sausage. This can be made the day before by leaving out the egg mixture and adding it before baking..
So easy and perfect for a covered dish to take to a brunch..
