Just Okay

I was looking for a recipe with sweetened condensed milk as I opened the wrong type of milk for a different recipe. I made this with high hopes. It was okay. It was not nearly as "creamy" as the recipe name suggests. I ended p making shakes for the kids out of it. So it wasn't a complete loss. I didn't use it until the next day so maybe I just left it in the freezer too long and should have used it the same day. I may try again sometime..
