This dessert is sure to please every pumpkin lover.
COMBINE pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender; cover. Blend until mixture is smooth. If a thinner smoothie is desired, add water, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached. TOP with whipped cream; sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. NOTE: For a richer and creamier version of this recipe, substitute NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk or Evaporated Milk for the Evaporated Fat Free Milk.

This smoothie reminded me of a pumpkin chiffon pie my mom used to make for the holidays. Love it. Sprinkle some graham cracker on top!!! I froze the extra for about 3 hrs. Great soft ice cream..
i love pumpkin so i had to make this recipe. i didn't have evaporated milk so i just used regular and it still turned out pretty good. i also didn't have pumpkin spice so i used cinnamon. i have celiac disease so i can't have pie, but this tastes just like a pumpkin pie!.
I love pumpkin pie, so I thought this sounded yummy. It's a bit too pumpkiny and needs to be a little sweeter. Outside of that, it's really easy and very fast to make!.
