Pumpkin Smoothie

For those allergic to cow's milk, I also like to use almond milk. Pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon gives the smoothie the flavor of pumpkin pie. Try it!.

Add A Scoop of Ice Cream Per Serving

I used half a can of evaporated milk mixed with 1/2 cup skim milk, frozen until hard in an ice cube tray, and blended the smoothie as directed, eliminating the ice cubes. After pouring into tall glasses, I carefully added a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, and topped that off with a drizzle of caramel ice cream topping, and a grating of fresh nutmeg. Not as easy to prepare, but now it's the "cat's meow!".
