Great Bread

I really loved this bread. The only thing different I did was break up the apples a little before adding to the mix and made it even more healthy by adding a little ground flaxseed..

Delicious!

Hubby really enjoyed this for his "sweet snack". It's a great & easy recipe that I will file away and make with my "holiday breads"..

Maple Snack Bread with Apples and Walnuts

I decided to try this recipe because it contains lots of ingredients that are my favorites. I love maple, apples and walnuts. This bread is an excellent blend of those flavors and it is healthy!!! OH, and it makes two loaves; one for now and one to freeze for company. Great!.
