Crazy Cake
Who would you bake some love for?
Level: Easy

This recipe also goes by the name of “Wacky Cake”. Research tells us this very moist chocolate cake recipe was developed sometime in the 1940’s and was quite popular due to it not having eggs, butter or milk and mixing it all in the pan. A very moist, easy-to-prepare chocolate cake that goes great with a cold glass of milk!

LIFESAVER!!

This is a recipe that I use when I need to be on the ultra restrictive Low-Iodine diet for my Thyroid Cancer testing. It definitely helps with the cravings for something sweet for the 2-3 weeks patients need to be on the diet. The recipe is so easy to make when you have gone weeks without any thyroid hormones. I am going to make it for friends in the next few days. :).
