SWIRLED™ Cheesecake Nibbles

With a hint of semi-sweet and white chocolate flavor these SWIRLED™ cheesecake nibbles are so creamy and decadent it's hard to eat just one.

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Place 36 2-inch foil bake cups on baking sheet(s) with sides. Place one vanilla wafer, flat-side down, on bottom of each cup. Place 5 to 6 morsels on top of each wafer.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and flour in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well. Spoon heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture into each bake cup.

BAKE for 15 to 17 minutes or until just set and not browned. Remove from oven to wire rack. While still warm, top cheesecakes with remaining morsels. Morsels will soften but will retain shape. Cool completely. Cover and refrigerate.

Cheesecake nibbles

I made these for Christmas everybody LOVED them! Me too!! I made some with peanut butter& chocolate chips mixed. They were GREAT! LOVE this recipe IT"S A KEEPER!.

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!!

These little cheesecakes are ALWAYS a big hit!! My daughter (now age 12) has been making them my herself for a couple years now. We've even made them in the regular-sized cupcake liners and they were still good. They're pretty creamy. People can't stop at just one....so double the batch if you're making them for a crowd!!.

Awesome and Easy

I make these when I am having guests over. I substitute for 1/3 less Fat cream cheese and instead of the swirled morsels (which are hard to find) I substitute with something of the season. For example candy corns for halloween, blueberries in the Spring. They are a great bite size treat with little mess!.
