Directions

LINE two baking sheets with wax paper.

PLACE noodles in large bowl. Discard noodle seasoning packets or save for another use. Break up noodles into pieces 1/2 inch or smaller in size with wooden spoon. Or, place noodles in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and break up noodles with rolling pin; transfer to a large bowl. Add pecans to noodles in bowl.

MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add the noodle mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until noodles and pecans just begin to brown. Remove mixture from skillet to large bowl; cool slightly.

MELT morsels in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Pour melted morsels over noodle mixture in bowl. Toss until noodle mixture is completely coated. Drop by rounded teaspoons into mounds onto prepared baking sheets (mixture will appear loose, but will hold together when set). Let stand for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.

Remember to follow baking instructions before consuming.

Crunchy Peanut Clusters

I alternated this recipe by using peanut butter chips and chopped peanuts. I also made a batch of clusters by changing the nuts to almonds and still using white choc chips. Loved them both...

Crunchy Pecan Clusters

Wow!! These were so good and so easy to make. I like to eat crunchy foods and these did the job. Took them to Wednesday night church dinner and were gone in a flash!!!.
