Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies

Makes an Oatmeal cookie even better


2/3 Cup butter, softened
2/3 Cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/2 Cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
6 ounces craisins. (I just add 1 cup)
2/3 Cup white chocolate chunks or chips


Pre heat oven 375
Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a seperate bowl. Add butter mixture in several additions, mix well after each addition. Stir in craisins and chocolate chunks.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen
