Mandarin Orange Fluff

This is a nice salad at any time. It is always well received. ENJOY!!

Ingredients

One 8 0unce can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 Cups boiling water
One 11 ounce can mandarin orange segments, drained
1-3/4 Cups thawed whipped topping
One 6 ounce (or two 3 ounce) package orange favored gelatin
1-1/2 Cups miniature marshmallows

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into orange favored gelatin
until dissolved (about 2 minutes). Stir in 1 cup pineapple juice and refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until slightly thickened (to the consistency of unbeated egg whites).
Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate 10 minutes, or until mixture will mound. Stir in pineapple, oranges and marshmallows. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Makes abiut 10 servings.
