Strawberry Dessert

A light , delicious dessert to serve when strawberries are in season. Actually it can be served anytime using frozen berries, but fresh are best.


8 oz cream cheese
small angel food cake
8 oz whipped topping
pint of fresh strawberries, cut up
6 packages of sweet and low or splenda
1/2 cup milk


Cream together milk and cream cheese. Add 3 packages of sweet and low. Stir the whipped topping into this mixture.

Tear angel food cake into small pieces. Fold the cake pieces into the first mixture. Add a few of the strawberries. Pour this into a 9" by 13" dish.

Add 3 packages of sweet and low to the restof the strawberries. Put these on top of the mixture in the pan. Chill.

Hint: use more or less strawberries to taste.
