On medium heat. Melt butter in a soup pot, add in the garlic and Onion, Sautee,
Stir in flour and mix well until the flour is cooked into the butter.
Next add your milk and broth
Then add the veggies(Carrots, Celery, Spinach) and chicken let simmer until veggies are tender.
Mix ingredients well until soup thickens and stirring often. Soup gets thick if you need to thin it out add more milk or broth your preference.
Mean while cook Gnocchi according to package directions. Add your cooked Gnocchi to soup.
Serves 6 good sized bowls.
