Gnocchi Chicken Soup

It all started at Olive Garden. I had to try and make my own. Close very close and very good!! ENJOY!

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter...................................
2 cloves of minced garlic........................
1 lb. chicken cooked and cubed or large chunks...
1/3 cup flour....................................
1/2 cup carrot chopped...........................
2 stick of celery chopped........................
1/2 onion chopped............................
2 hands full fresh spinach torn in pieces
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans evaporated milk
Cracked pepper and salt to taste
17.6 oz. of Gnocchi

Directions

On medium heat. Melt butter in a soup pot, add in the garlic and Onion, Sautee,
Stir in flour and mix well until the flour is cooked into the butter.
Next add your milk and broth
Then add the veggies(Carrots, Celery, Spinach) and chicken let simmer until veggies are tender.
Mix ingredients well until soup thickens and stirring often. Soup gets thick if you need to thin it out add more milk or broth your preference.

Mean while cook Gnocchi according to package directions. Add your cooked Gnocchi to soup.
Serves 6 good sized bowls.
