Add a salad, a beverage, and a dessert with this easy to make casserole and you will have a meal that is pure comfort.

Ingredients

1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM CONDENSED SOUP
1 CAN SLICED CARROTS + LIQUID
1 CAN GARDEN PEAS ( SMALL PEAS ) + LIQUID
1 LARGE ONION ( CHOPPED )
1 LB. ( OR MORE) HAMBURGER ( COOKED & DRAINED )
2 CANS OF WATER (CREAM OF MUSHROOM CAN )
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
ENOUGH TATER TOTS TO LINE 9 / 13 PAN




Directions

COOK HAMBURGER & DRAIN, - IN POT,COMBINE MUSHROOM SOUP,SLICED CARROTS AND ITS LIQUID,GARDEN PEAS AND ITS LIQUID, AND CHOPPED ONIONS. ADD 2 SOUP CANS WATER.
BRING TO A BOIL; ADD COOKED HAMBURGER.

LINE A 9 x 13" PAN WITH TATERS TOTS ; POUR MIXTURE OVER TATER TOTS .
COOK 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
