Banana Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cake

Easy to make and a great way to use up ripe bananas. Frost with a chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
2 large ripe bananas
1 cup miniature chocolate chips
1 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

Directions

Mash bananas and set aside.
Combine cake mix, oil, milk, eggs and mashed bananas and beat on low speed for 1 minute, until combined.
Beat at medium speed for 3-4 minutes.
Gently fold in chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Cool, frost.
