Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat on low speed of mixer for 30 seconds, then medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
Cool on wire rack for 15-20 minutes and then unmold.
This cake is good topped with powdered sugar or a glaze or just plain.
