Healthy Banana Chip Cookies

This is a healthy and delicious cookie.


2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps vanilla
2/3 cup banana chips, chopped
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped


Whisk together flour, baking sods, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in the vanilla.
Add the flour mixture in two increments.
By hand, stir in the banana chips, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop by tablespoonful and bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, until barely golden on top and bottom.
