Mix garlic,thyme,ital.seas.,olive oil and worchestire sauce
remove wrapper from tenderloin and separate the 2 halves
spoon half of seasoning mixture on the inside half of tenderloi. place the 2 piecess of tenderloin together and tie with string
rub the other half mixture on top .
add cajun seasoning on all side of tenderloin.
Place in oven for 1 hour: covered with foil for 30 minutes and then uncovered for 30 minutes.
Make sure oven temp is 350 degrees before placing in oven
Let sit for 20 minutes before cutting.
Serve on rolls or pistolettes
